Process Description :
The filled can with lid is placed onto the base plate. By actuating the
two-hand
security switches the can is clamped by means of an lifting cylinder, set
into rotation and seamed automatically.
Two seaming rollers perform a reliable, airtight double seam.
After seaming is completed, the can is lowered and can be discharged by the
operator.
After each cycle a brake motor stops the rotating seaming chuck.

Vacuum glass jar (twist-off) seamer

Process description
Filled jars with their lids laying on top are placed into the jar receiver. By actuating the two-hand security switches the jar is clamped by means of lifting cylinder, evacuated and seamed by the seaming head. While the evacuation- and seaming cycle is performed, a new jar is placed into the second receiver to continue the process once the first jar is seamed after being slided into the seaming position.
After seaming is completed the jar is lowered and can be removed from the receiver
During the seaming operation the jar stands still while the seaming head rotates.
The torque of the magnetic clutch inside the seaming head is adjustable as per the supplier’s instructions, the pneumatic clamping systems eliminates any slipping even under oily conditions.
The vacuum quality is adjustable, a warning light will display any variation of the pre-set value of vacuum and torque

Rigid films or thick films are called packaging films from which stable or hard shells (hard-shell boxes) are made. It can do this mono films or high quality laminated films are used. Composite films offer a multiple of benefits such as simple sealing or welding to the top film.
SOFT FILMS
