Due to a pneumatic lifting cylinder height adjustments are carried out
automatically whereas can diameter changes are also completed within a
short period of time using the
special pre-set lever systems.

Process Description :
The filled can with lid is placed onto the base plate. By actuating the
two-hand
security switches the can is clamped by means of an lifting cylinder, set
into rotation and seamed automatically.
Two seaming rollers perform a reliable, airtight double seam.
After seaming is completed, the can is lowered and can be discharged by the
operator.
After each cycle a brake motor stops the rotating seaming chuck.
